She had a brother James born 1817 in the same area. There was also a Matilda, either their mother or sister. Am not sure of the father's name. Elizabeth married a Robert Harper Steele about 1842 in the same area.Robert was the same age as Elizabeth and I believe was born in the same area. James Doherty married Eleanor Jones on June 4 1846 in Ardstraw. All would leave for Philadelphia about 1847, then to Canada about 1855. Thank you, Tom.
