Your family line came to Canada from Ireland around 1841. Do you know where they landed in Canada in 1841? The James McGuffin, b 1791, line I am researching came from Ireland to Canada in 1842 and then to Wentworth Co., Ontario. Would like to learn where this Irish family landed and how they made their way to Wentworth. Then the James McGuffin Family settled in Michigan in 1862. Do you know what Port in North America your family landed? Any search sites/records you are aware of? Any Help would be appreciated.
