James's name is deleted in black and Sarah's entered in black, indicating she replaced him at the same time. (She is later deleted in red and replaced by Kennedy in red. Same thing then.). Also you rarely see more than one person listed as head of household. As to Sarah's surname, I can see a dot above an "i" in her name. I think the last 3 letters are "inn".
