Have you tried posting a message to the Fermanagh message board asking if someone would be kind enough to walk the Sydare Methodist Cemetery, in Magheracross, and look and then write down the information found on Charlotte Bleakley Loane's grave. Even you don't receive a response right away, someone in the future may come across your message and respond. Also, I did another search for the death index of Charlotte Loane in Fermanagh, as well as Tyrone, and the rest of Ireland, but did not find a death for her. Ancestry.com has a very good collection of death indexes for Ireland for the 19th and 20th centuries, but I turned up nothing at that website. Nor did I find anything at the IFHF website, though the IFHF has yet to compile death records for County Fermanagh, but I did look for Charlotte's death in County Tyrone, but again with no results. I also looked for Charlotte's death at the Latter Day Saints website (LDS), but with no results. I am wondering if a death cert was filed for Charlotte, or do you think she may have immigrated to be with one of her children? If you learn anything new, please let me know.
