I have some info all the way back to James but nothing previous to that. James and family immigrated to Argentuile, Quebec, Canada. Some moved on to Michigan and some moved to Cleveland, Ohio area (that's my family) George Loughren and Sarah (Brownell) Loughren are my great- grandparents. They had five children: Sarah; Ida; Mary; George and Fred (my grandfather). Fred married my grandmother (Mabel E. Davis) under a ficticious name - LAUREN - he was in his late 20's and she was 17. My father - Robert E. Lauren and his sister - Betty Marie Lauren were born in 1922 and 1923 respectively. I can be reached by reply e-mail if you have information regarding James Sr. and his life and family in Ireland... and I will be hppy to provide any info I may have - documents as well.
