His name is Happy Charles Achison. You'd think with a name like that he would be easy to find, but alas no luck yet, it is like he was never born. He was born in 1873 in, I am pretty sure, Tyrone, Ir. He died in Melbourne, Aus. in 1916. I think his parents names were Anne and James. If anyone may know anything, please help me out.
