My earliest confirmed Donnelly is Loughlin aka Luke Donnelly who died before 1873. Wife was Catherine Molloy/Malloy, who died in New York City in 1879. I think, but have not yet been able to confirm, that Loughlin Donnelly died in Ireland. Catherine apparently arrived in NYC about 1866 (in country 13 years at death, according to her NYC death certificate). Only confirmed child is my GGF, William L Donnelly (~1852-1932). I have several other suspected children, but I have not yet been able to lock them down. I don't want to go off the track of this thread - we were talking McGarrity and Tyrone, not Donnelly.
