Dated; 1768 Copy This Indenture made twenty fourth day of November in the year of our Lord God 1768 By and Between Hugh Campbell and John Campbell ye younger of Letterbratt in ye Parish of Badoney Co. Tyrone yeomen of ye one part and Patrick McSugeon Art McSugeon & Bridget O' (B?)Mehehan of [Oughtboy?] of ye other part witnesseth that ye said Hugh Campbell and John Campbell doth for them their Heirs and Assigness set to farm let and these present, Doth farm let unto ye said Patrick McSugeon, Art McSugeon, Art McSugeon and Bridgit O'Mehehan the three quarters of ye said Town as it is now [meerint?] divided being ye lower Part of that farm held by Lease from ye late William Hamilton of Dunnimana [Dunymana?] Esqre [esquire?] for ye full term or time of twenty-one years commencing ye first Day of November Last fully to be compleated [completed?] providing if ye lives mentioned in said Lease shurvives [survives?] ye said term or be broken by Law or otherwise by ye Grand Proprietors of said Land. And if ye two parts that is held from the - Dunns (?) of Cullen runs out of Lease within said term they are to have the award of two men indifferently chosen deducted out of ye rent here mentioned which rent is 13-10-0 stel. [Sterling?] to be yeilded [yielded?] and paid yearly and every year during the said term in two even or equal payments to wit ye one first day of May and the other every first day of November and six days work of men or six shillings in lieu of and if said rent or any part thereof be left unpaid fifteen days after said of payment it may and will be lawful for the said Hugh & John Campbell or their Heirs to sieze and distrain any Distress or Distresses (?) there found and the same to Lead Drive and carry away and dispose to [reenter?] (?) and hold the same as their former right and ye said Hugh & John Campbell is to lease the said Patrick McSugeon, A! rt McSugeon & Bridgit O'Hehehan in quiet and peaceable possession of ye same during their demise, and they are not to aleniate [alienate?] set sell nor dispose of ye same with (out?) Leave of ye said Hugh & John Campbell under hand seal and the said Patrick McSugeon Art McSugeon and Bridget O'Hehehan is bound by these presents in this proportionable part of all claws [clause?] specified in ye Grand Lease above mentioned ye [meerin?] is to ye lowerest [lowest?] of ye three stones below Polcherany to be seen in a straight line to Oughdurish (?) March and ye said March ditch to be made in one year after the date hereof, and if ye above Art McSugeon dies his son Peter is to have his part of ye land and none other.
