I order my body to be decently interred in the church-yard of Corick and as to my worldly substance I hereby dispose of as follows. First I leave and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Campbell or'wise [otherwise?] Buchanan during her life the lower parlour of my dwelling house in Aghalane also the sleeping room of the said parlour together with the loft-floor above the said parlour and sleeping-room with the liberty and use of the stair-case Kitchen and Hall Two cows and one horse Grazed in Summer and Winter with sufficient fodder for the said Cows and horse one rood of sufficient land for flax laboured for seed with four barrels of picked potatoes dug and brought home and liberty to dig potatoes as she may require for her own use from August to the usual time for storing Thirty score weight of sufficient oat-meal one Bushell of Tail shillen three days or darks of Turf cut win and drawn home and stacked also the one half of the garden and what dung will manure said Garden yearly and every year free of any cost or charge during the life of the said Elizabeth my wife to be given by my sons Hugh and James Alexander Campbell of the lands of Aghalane aforesaid. Secondly I leave and bequeath unto Hugh & James Alexander Campbell my sons all my right title & interest in and to the lands of Aghalane aforesaid held by lease renewable for ever to my said sons share and share alike subject to the said annuity to my beloved wife during her natural life and that the said Hugh Campbell or James Alexander Campbell their heirs Exors [Executors?] or Admors [Administrators?] or either or any of them is not to sell or mortgage the said Lands for ever except to one of their brothers and if any of my said sons should happen to die unmarried or not leaving any lawful issue that in such case the survivor is to have the whole of the said lands subject to the said freedom or yearly provision to their Mother but that my said sons is not - get the possession of the said Lands or any part thereof untill [until?] they are twenty four years of age. Thirdly I leave & bequeath to my son Andrew Campbell my title & interest in & to the lands of Letterbratt in said County now in the Possession of Thomas Brown, David Chisin etc, being a Deed for ever under the representatives of Sir John Stewart Hamilton on him the said Andrew Campbell getting possession of the said Lands paying his two Sisters Anne and Elizabeth Campbell each the sum of one hundred pounds Stg. but my said son Andrew not to get the said Lands until 24 yrs of age & provided either of the said Anne or Elizabeth should die unmarried I allow the one hundred pounds allowed to them to revert to the said Andrew Campbell I order the profit Rents of the said farm to go to the payment of my debts until the said Andw [Andrew?] Campbell or his heirs are not to sell or mortgage the said Lands of Letterbrat except to a brother. Fourthly I leave & bequeath unto Robt [Robert?] Campbell my son all my title & Interest in that part of the Lands of Aghalane commonly called the East side held by Mortgage Deed from Sir John Stewart Hamilton & provided the Repns [Representatives?] of the said Sir John S. Hamilton will pay the Amt [Amount?] of the said Mortgage off the the said Robt. [Robert?] Campbell is to get the Amt [Amount?] of the same but not until he is 24 years of age also I bequeath to him my title and interest in that parcel of land in Glencopogagh now in the posson [possession?] of John Ferguson but not to get [possession?] of same untill [until?] he is 24 yrs [years?] of age & provided he shd [should?] die without issue lawfully begotten the said lands to go to my surviving sons share & share alike but that the profit rents is to go to the payment of my debts until he arrives at 24 years of age & that the said Robt [Robert?] Campbell is not to sell or mortgage said lands except to one of his brothers. I bequeath to my daughter by Catherine Denny 1/- & also if either of the said Anne or Eliza shall die without issue - that no part of the said sum of one hundred pounds is to be paid them. I also order my daughter by Catherine Denny to get no Flax ground nor diet nor Lodging but the bonds that I perfected to them & it is my Will & intention that any money or value they have got before their bonds were perfected or after their Bonds were perfected to be stopped as payment for part of their Bonds or sued for according to law & lastly I appoint my well beloved Wife Elizth [Elizabeth?] Campbell & my cousin Andrew M Farland of Liscable my Exors [Executors?] this to execute given under my hand this 5th day of August 1809 in presence of James M.
