We have his birth certificate...We also know that Bernard married Janet Boyle Hamilton, in Scotland. Having a lot of trouble searching back in time!(James & Jane and his parents). I understand there was a loss of vital records. Any suggestions, as I would like to come and spend time in Ireland researching....
