I don't think there's any church of that name in the area now. It may have changed its name. You could try Cookstown library to see if they can help. Perhaps the name means something to them. 2 births of a Mary Ann Hamilton around that period (ie 1864 - 1880). One in Cookstown 1871 volume 1, page 533, the other 1877 Volume 11, page 501.
