What dates are we talking about for their marriage, and what was their denomination? (Birth registration only started in Ireland in 1864. Prior to that you are reliant on baptism information. RC marriages were registered from 1864, non RC from April 1845. Prior to that it's church records again. Not all church records have survived, and even when they do many are not on-line.
