Hi, I am looking for information on my GGrandfather, John McGuinness and his family. He moved to the north of England where he married Margaret Jane Devlin in 1888. So far, we have this: In Ireland: Bernard McGuinness m Rose ?? Felix b 1853 John b 1857 Annie b 1864 Mary b 1869 all born in Down. From England: John McGuinness m Margaret Jane Devlin Thomas 1890 Daniel 1891 Bernard 1893 Rosa 1897 John 1899 All born in Cumberland and Blaydon on Tyne, Durham. Daniel was my Grandfather, and he used to visit relatives in Co Down but the connection was lost when he died. I think was known as a member of the Knights of St Columbus.
