I've done lots of research many years ago (before I had access to computers) and now I feel like I have more of an advantage in searching, but I keep coming up empty. Surely if he were not adopted "legally" the parents that raised him should know his biological parents or at the very least who they were. Kathy I assume that you have joined the San Bernadino County Net Group and any other Net group like for Schools in the area that your husband was born. Perhaps some of the school friends of his mother may be your key contacts.
