    3. My biological father's mother's line is Freeman. I am searching for my biological father's father's line which is Drane. My GGrandfather's father is unknown to me although many of the Drane women claimed DAR status because of very flawed research done during the 40's. I am 67 and my GGrandfather was born in 1776 - how about that for a lot of men marrying really young women! I don't think I would believe it myself if I had not done the research and know it is true. My biological ggrandfather was 70 when my grandfather was born, my grandfather was in his late 50's when my father was born, and my father was 38 when I was born. Fortunately, I broke the chain, I was only 26 when my son was born. ----- Original Message ----- From: cristy To: michael.lightfoot@canb.auug.org.au ; nir-down@rootsweb.com Sent: Thursday, December 06, 2007 8:24 PM Subject: Re: [NIR-DOWN] NIR-DOWN/Have DNA Run How about your father's mother's line?
