Ok here goes for your offer Bev. I don't know which part of DOWN my GGGreat Grandfather was born but he was born in DOWN, IRELAND. JAMES DRAKE born about 1787 give or take 5 years either way. I am not sure but think he married a MARY NEWBY in CUMBERLAND UK later on after moving to LIVERPOOL, UK. If you are able to find his birth and/or his family that would be a bonus.
