Hello, As suggested by some NIR-DOWN list members, I attempted to find a phone number for a person in County Down using _www.192.com_ (http://www.192.com) . I got several listings that showed 11 digit numbers such as 028 9573 3170, but the list did not identify these numbers as phone numbers. How does one know if they are or not? Thank you for your help. Those are the Northern Ireland Dialling Codes, e.g. 02895 (area) and then the relephone number.
