Hello, I am hoping someone has access to the Irish databases. I am trying to sort out my PHILLIPS line in Ireland. I would like to know where they were from. Not sure if they were from county Down, Armagh or from Belfast. I think they followed the Irish naming convention. I would appreciate any assistance I can get.
