I was confusing the arrangements with PRONI where you can now get a photocopy off the microfilms - using a special reader - for less than £1 each - my apologies for misleading you on that - 'tis an age thing perhaps!! No problem. Self service photocopies from microfilm at the National Archives, Kew are only 25p. On the day I was there during the past week, the charging mechanisims for the self service printers for the online records were faulty so all the prints were free!! Every cloud .....
