    3. Isabel, this is NOT the right James Kennedy. This James Kennedy had two daughters but their names were Sarah (m Wm Girdwood) and Agnes Howie Kennedy (M John George Magaw). Sheila found an article subsequent to the obit regarding litigation over the probate of this James Kennedy's estate. (Thanks Sheila.)
