Irish World News from Ireland New York Jan 11 1902 MR MICHAEL J MAGEE, Ashgrove House, Newry, died of pneumonia on Dec 5. Only a few weeks before his death he returned from a visit to America, where he studied the educational systems, with a view to improving technical instruction in Ireland, and was made the recipient of a handsome presentation from the Rural Council, of which he was chairman. The grief in Newry at his death was very great.
