Kia Ora Greetings from New Zealand I'm hoping someone on list may be 1. researching BOYLE from Co Down 2. be able to help with a search of microfilm from a Church or gravestones or ANYTHING! 3. may be searching Presbyterian Church records and could eliminate some churches for me. I have; A;EXANDER BOYLE born c 1805 Co Down son of John & Margaret Boyle. Married to Lucinda CEAHY or Sloan.  Emigrated to New Zealand,departing London Sept 1865,  where he died 1881 aged 76. He was known to be a "cripple" maybe a soldier or victim of an accidebt otr illness??   Known children of Alexander & Lucinda were; William Henry born c.1838 Newtownards Margaret born c. 1840 Co Down Sarah born c. 1844 Co Down Mary born c. 1845 Co Down   There's a possibility of another Alexander Boyle born c. 1825 who may be a son/cousin . There is a grand daughter also named Sarah Boyle born/baptised  c. 1860 Co Down. The info above is from Emigration records or NZ Death Certs. Sarah 1844 married Thomas McClune MILLER from Ballyblack (Grey Abbey) in New Zealand. Margaret 1840 married Joseph HALL from Co Armagh in New Zealand. There is no record of Lucinda being in New Zealand so possibly died before 1865? Any help, ideas where to search, clues as to whether other family may have been left behind, would be most gratefully received. Thanks Dale
