Notes: Margaret and Edward both emigrated in 1925 according to the 1930 census. However that 1930 census also reports their 10 yr old son Daniel was born in Illinois, so there is a conflict there. Two Irish boarders were living with them (in the old Stockyards area of Chicago at 4802 So Union): HARRY MURRAY and JAMES FITZSIMMONS. She was born about 1902. Date of death was Oct 20.1986. Her husband Edwards' naturalization papers give his birth date as Aug 7 1898, his arrival as July 3 1923 (NY) and his naturalization as Nov 7 1929. SSDI for Edward gives birth date as 4 Aug 1897 and death in March of 1981. Edward's passenger record on the Franconia (arr NY Jul 3 1923) indicates he was single, from Banbridge and his closest relative was his uncle, Michael McClory of Hilltown. There was also a John Edward McClory born April 29, 1896 in Co Down. During wwII he was employed at the Hotel Sherman in downtown Chicago.
