version number of the cds is a later one than your software? Have you tried going to View on the upper tool bar and then about 3 items from the bottom of that menu, there is a Search CD option? I had tried that route,to no avail - but it has been suggested that the CD may be faulty.2 people have told me of problems similar to mine and when they got a replacement,they had no problems thereafter - so I am going to see where I get to with enquiries re a replacement - if only to satisfy myself that it wasn't my ineptitude.!Thanks anyway.
