    3. Best place to check Irish townlands is at www.seanruad.com (seems to be out of order at the moment but was working okay earlier today). Granaghan means 'the little gravelly place.' Swatragh means 'the place of the soldiers.' First list- Manor???? The Mercers Company were the landlords. Second list- Swatragh townland (including the village) are in Parish of Killelagh not Kilrea.
