I don't want to confuse the issue,but Roe was a very common "nickname" for Mc Closkeys in Ireland.There are thousands of Mc Closkeys and they took "nicknames"to distinguish them. Kathy, William Gilliland 1762-1847 (Married Margaret Guy) David Gilliland 1797-1845 Samuel Gilliland 1802-1866 (Married Lois Dunlap) They were from the Townland of Tully near Eglinton and go back three more generations there. I'm interested in anything to do with the Gilliland (Gillilan, Gilleland, Guilliland, Gulliland) family as well as finding the right Guy and Dunlap families. Also anything to do with Tully. They immigrated to Darlington, Beaver County, Pennsylvania and I'm also interested in other families from Derry who ended up in Beaver County.
