Armagh Ireland -My Great Great Great Grandfather Was Edward Atkinson who married Jessey Paxton and moved to New York in early 1700s they had a son John Paxton Atkinson .He was my Great Great Grandfather and he was very successful merchant who I was told lived on Joralemon st in Brooklyn.. He had 4 sons One was my Great grandfather Edward Spear Atkinson.His son was my Grandfather also Edward Spear Atkinson.
