You will need to have much more specific information other than just "born in Armagh" before you'll be able to find her. Birth registrations began in Ireland in 1864, so you can search through the BMD indexes available on microfilm through the LDS. The LDS also has many years of registrations, but some years are only available through PRONI (Public Record Office of Northern Ireland).
