On the ship JOHN BARRY was a Jeremiah Boland, however, this Boland family was from Cashel Tipperary. I am wondering if BOLAND was a common name across Ireland at one time/still??? I am hoping you or someone else might be able to help me. My ancestors, Samuel HART and his wife Rebecca KELLY Hart came from Co. Armagh, Ireland, to Canada in 1840. How might I find the ship they could have traveled on? And how can I find where they might have landed in Canada? Thank you!
