Thomas was the only son of his father Thomas (b. abt 1765?). Thomas (1788) emigrated to Scotland with all of his children in 1840. Therefore, there would be no direct Wilson descendants from Thomas (1788) in Armagh. I have been researching Wilson's in the Ballymore and Mullaghbrack parishes to try to put families together in the hopes that possible siblings of Thomas (1788) might emerge. I believe Thomas' (1788) father was George Wilson, who shows up on a renter's roll in Mavemacullen about 1765-1770. However, I know nothing of George's family or children. I would love to find any of his children that would be siblings to Thomas (1788). I've not collected Wilson names as far north as Portadown.
