Found information on Patrick McCann born about 1839 and wife Mary born about 1844, Parents both born in Ireland, Children John born 1864, Thomas born about1868 both born in Scotland, Mary born about 1871 and James born 1875 appears they were born in the USA Census for Bigelow , Minnesota Nobles County, Minnesota USA Patrick was a Railroad worker. Hello Ann Here is the info from the 1880 census, Bigelow: Patrick McCann 41 born Ireland R R worker Mary 36 born Ireland John 16 R R labourer born Scotland Patrick 13 farm labourer born Scotland Thomas 12 born Minnesota Frank 10 born Minnesota Mary 9 born Minnesota James 5 born Minnesota In the 1900 census in Mankato Ward 4, Blue Earth, Minnesota, there is a Patrick McCann b abt 1841 in Ireland, with Ann McHugh, said to be brother. Anna was born c 1850 in Ireland. In the Minnesota deaths there is this: Patrick McCann died 30 Jun 1908 in Blue Earth.
