    3. I thought I might add a note here about sending for records from No. Ireland. I once wanted various land records from PRONI and obtained estimates from various researchers. Some of them asked for travel money as well as time spent gathering the records. I then emailed PRONI and found that getting records DIRECTLY from the agency was far less expensive than going through a researcher. I couldn't believe the difference. Just in case anyone on this list is wondering about getting land records..........
