I have managed to track down more of my Hughes family . On of them being a James born 1891 however he was born in Scotland . His father was Henry Hughes who was born in Corr and Aughtarrgh ( please excuse spelling for Aughtarrgh) in Eglish parish Blackwater district Co,Armagh and his mother was Jane Goodwin also born Ireland Co.Tyrone . Henry was my grandfather Patrick brother and Jane was grandmother Mary m.s Goodwin sister . Although James was born in Scotland as was several of Henry and Jane's childern .After Jane's death Henry and the family can't not be found in Scotland anywhere so they well have gone home to Ireland or came to you next of the woods . After all the above story i don't know who James married . Sorry to give you such a long story . I have been to Corr and Aughtarragh quite recently seem there are to famlies Hughes from this area and from what i can makeout they lived just one farm apart but are not related or at least i haven't been able to connect them together so far .
