Regarding the marriage certificate - with the information you have you should be able to obtain a certificate online from http://www.groni.gov.uk The Parish Registers are not online and you would have to contact the church for any information. PRONI would probably have a copy of the church registers, but you would have visit there yourself or engage a researcher.
