I've seen the pedigree charts on the IGI tracing this line back to James Graham, 1st Duke of Montrose but I think it is in error as the link is his son, George who died unmarried and no mention is made of any children. Also, the children attributed to George Graham have no source documentation. If anyone has this documentation, I would be very interested in seeing it. So far, I've only been able to get documentation back to William Bullock Graham and have not been able to find his father or mother.
