It would be nice when anyone does a posting on this or anyother list if they would include a time frame. Somtimes one of us may be able to help. Usually when I see an e-mail without dates I just delete it and I know that many others do the same thing. Sorry, I don't mean to be critical but the more information with dates that you give us the more we might be able to assist. Hello Jim: Sorry about that - it was a general inquiry to see if anyone had access to info. My ancestor was born about 1780 - he married in 1822 (I think I may have said 1824 on my original query) and his parents (if they are infact HIS parents) died in 1822). Because it all happened prior to civil registration I am having the darndest time finding records. Also, they came to Canada in 1834, so again before many published records. The surname I am searching is BLAIR. Many thanks for reminding me what SHOULD be included in a query.
