I have only found very limited information about them, and, I suspect, the names are quite common in the region and era. I know that Charles William was, at times, in the linen trade, as a salesman, though he may have spent some time in the 1910's as a house painter. He came to the United States in the late nineteenth or early twentieth century, married Alice Watson and lived in San Francisco. His father, Robert, lived with them in 1910, also in San Francisco. Beyond this, of Robert, I know nothing. As an aside, my parents held the Donovan family Bible for their lives, and, I believe, that it was connected with these Walkers, but how, I do not know.
