Maybe I've just had a breakthrough as I've just found the following entries in the 1830 Tithe Applotments: Gould James Tullyhugh Gould Thomas Tullyhugh http://www.connorsgenealogy.net/Armagh/BallymoreTithesF-I.htm Maybe this is the James Gould the father of my Mary Jane Gould and Thomas Gould could be the ancestor of Anne in Carins QLD ?. Can anyone tell us about the Townland of Tullyhugh and what town it is near? Anne it could possibly be that we are descendants of the same Gould's!
