George, born ca 1782,(the right age for the Napoleonic wars) arrived in New Brunswick, Canada abt 1816 with son, William b. 1815. Immigration records dated 1846 for William when he moved to Maine give only Armagh as his birthplace. I have not been able to find them in Armagh records. The name is more common in Down and Antrim.
