The name Ballymacrandal is written in the centre of the townland clearly. It even shows a property known as Mountain View in Ballymacrandal. Play around with the site, you want the image with the red boundaries Pauline www.irishhomesteads.com On Fri, Mar 5, 2010 at 1:29 PM, Chris Shearer Cooper <[email protected]> wrote: > I looked up Ballymacrandal in the Griffith's Valuation portion of > askaboutireland.ie, and it brought up a map, but it's kind of strange > because nothing on the map (that I can find) actually says Ballymacrandal. > Is this to be expected? > > > > Thanks, > > Chris > > > > > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the > quotes in the subject and the body of the message >
