Hello - I am tryng to contact anyone at the Clare Presbyterian Church, as my grandfather's grandparents were married there in 1840 and I am trying to find any records of their marriage. Do you know of an email address, or a person's name, or any way I could contact them? Is that church still functioning as a church? Would its records be there or somewhere else? In case it matters, Rebecca Kelly married Samuel Hart in the Clare Presbyterian Church on March 25, 1840 (or possibly 1839) and they emigrated shortly after to Canada. I believe the Clare Presbyterian Church was the Kelly's church. Rebecca had three older siblings: Anna Bella Kelly b. about 1800, Jane Kelly b. about 1800, Mary Kelly b. ?, and Rebecca, the youngest of the sisters. She had no brothers. Rebecca Kelly's father was James Kelly who died between October 28, 1838 and April 23, 1839. Her mother's name might have been Jane, but I do not know Jane's last name.
