Alexander Black and Isabella Porter both of Portadown, Ireland were married in Seagoe Parish Church on 28th September 1871. Alexander was a stonemason from the townland of Knock. His father was called Alexander as well who was also a stonemason. Isabella Porter previously lived in Knocknamuckley ( near Knock ), her father was called James Porter a weaver. In 1879 census their children were Mary age 8, Rachel 6, Robert 4, Emily 3 Alexander 1 (Emily b 27/1/1876) thereafter Eliabeth 1/12/1880 Henry 1/10/1882 Margaret 1/9/1885 Isaac 23/3/1887 Joseph 22/7/1888 Hannah 1/11/1889 I think they got tired after all that!
