I have an Isaac Hart (at least that is the Americanized version) born about 1780 in Armagh. This is from The Hoosie Genealogist(State Historicl Society magazine). In it it lists his naturalization as being on Oxtober 18, 1838. It also lists his age (as best he could remember) as 56. His birthplace is listed as County Armagh. He immigrated in June 1817 from Belfast Ireland to Baltimore Maryland USA. He settledd down in Indiana and raised several children with his wife. I have tried to find information on him or his wife (Mary Carruthers born in Ireland) before without success. Is there anyway via ther web to locate any information on such a generic search? Without the exact time, place of his birth or his parents name I think this might just be the cement wall. Any help or addvice will be greatly appreciated. I dopn't think this is the right one for me. My Samuel Hart emigrated from what is now northern Ireland to Canada in 1840 with his new wife Rebecca Kelly Hart. I am just guessing that his parent might have been named Isaac Hart, but it's not this one anyhow.
