I have the reason my ggrandmother was leaving her current school was that she was going to Ballybot School. I cannot find a town or a townland under Ballybot and I feel since they lived in Newry all their lives it must be in that vicinty, somewhere. In the same school records, they lived in a place like IMONAGHAULT but it is poorly written and is very likely mispelled. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be?
