Hopefully someone can help me track down my Ancestors. My name is Richard Greer. I live in Walker Valley, Town of Shawangunk, Ulster County, New York, USA. My Great Great Grand Parents immigrated to the USA from Ireland in 1858. They came by way of Liverpool, England. Their names were Charles Morrow and Rachel Boyce - Morrow. They were both 21 years old (born approximately 1837) when they immigrated. When they immigrated to the USA, they settled in Walker Valley, Town of Shawangunk, Ulster County, New York, USA. I found their Family Bible from 1867. It says that they came from Breagh, County of Armagh. I would assume that they married sometime prior to immigrating in November, 1858. Rachael's head stone says Rachael Boyce - Morrow. She died in 1877 in Town of Shawangunk, Ulster County, NY, USA. Charles died in 1910 same place as his Wife. Charles's death certificate says his Father's name was Draper Morrow. I found a Draper Morrow who died in Armagh in 1899. I do not know for sure if this is Charles's Father. Both Rachel Boyce - Morrow and Charles Morrow are buried in a small cemetery in Walker Valley, Town of Shawangunk, Ulster Co, NY, USA. Another hint I have is that about 3 miles from where Charles and Rachel Morrow moved to in the USA lived an Alexander Morrow (born 1805 Ireland) and his Wife Rachel. There were very few Morrow's at that time in New York State. It is possible that Charles Morrow was related to Alexander Morrow. Neither Alexander or his Wife Rachel showed up in the 1840 or 1860 Census.    Another hint is that in the 1860 census, Joseph Boyce (born 1842 in Ireland) was living with Rachel Boyce - Morrow. I assume Joseph and Rachel were Brother and Sister. Joseph Boyce was killed in ther USA Civil War. He is buried in the grave next to Rachel Boyce - Morrow. Another hint is that Charles and Rachel Morrow had a Daughter Sarah Jane Morrow. In 1880 when she was 12 years old after her Mother died, she was living about 5 miles away from her Father's home with William and Margaret Boyce. I would assume that they were her Uncle and Aunt. If I am right, William Boyce and Rachael Boyce - Morrow were Brother and Sister. I found 2 different Marriage records for William and Margaret Boyce in Armagh in 1850 and another one in 1855. Perhaps one of these William Boyce's was Rachel Boyce - Morrow's Brother. I am not 100% sure but it looks like William and Margaret Boyce immigrated from Ireland via Liverpool in 1846. William Boyce and Margaret Mahaland - Boyce are buried 2 plots over from Rachel Boyce - Morrow. Another hint is that in the same plot as Rachel Boyce - Morrow, there is a James Boyce (Born 1829 & died 1875) and his Wife Mary J Laughton - Boyce (Born 1829 and died 1908). Perhaps James Boyce is Rachel's Brother. These are the only Boyce's buried in the small Walker Valley, Town of Shawangunk, Ulster Co, NY, USA cemetery so it is highly probable that they were all related to Rachel. They all came from Ireland according to the USA censuses. I would suggest the possibility that Rachel, Joseph, James and William were Brother and Sister. Hopefully there are records that I can obtain from Northern Ireland that could prove this and find out who Rachel's parents were. Possible the maiden names of the the Women may help bridge through marriage records. I am looking for records to show Rachel Boyce and Charles Morrow living in Northern Ireland prior to 1858. Hopefully I can find their Marriage records. It would be wonderful if I can find their parents and Birth records and confirm that Draper Morrow is Charles Morrow's Father. I still live in Walker Valley, Town of Shawangunk, Ulster County, New York, USA along with a large extended Family that are decendents of Charles and Rachel Morrow.   Again, hopefully someone can help me track down my Ancestors.
