I am intrigued by your mention of the name ASKIN. For reasons unknown to me, the fifth child of my ancestors, Joseph and Jane Kennedy of Corbrackey and later of Drumalis (and Portadown?), was baptised JAMES ASKIN KENNEDY at Drumcree Church of Ireland in 1825. He was the only child of 8 baptised with any middle name and I have to wonder why ASKIN? Could you please tell me what you know about any Askin families in Co Armagh?
