Is there anyone on this list from the McDOUGAL/MacDOUGAL family. Or does anyone know where I can start looking for these names in this county. I am just starting my research in Ireland and need any help possible. My Mary MacDOUGAL was born in 1664 and was married to John Duncan McCord (1660-1715). He was from the Isle of Skye, Scotland and escaped to Ireland when the English invaded and his father was killed in the battle. He died in Ireland in 1715. Since he was so young when he escaped to Ireland I would think his wife, Mary MacDOUGAL was Irish? I don't know when she died or anything about her except she was born in 1664 somewhere.
