May I make a suggestion? It would be really helpful if after the initial e-mail inquiry is made with a subject consisting of a general statement, that all follow up e-mails list the family names being inquired about in the subject line. Then, if the family inquiry is not related to us, we don't have to open the e-mail. Thank you so much, Maureen Sausen
