    3. Hi: Can anyone tell me how to pay for copies of death certificates? The deaths occurred in County Antrim in 1914 and I know I must apply to Dublin. However, the problem is I can't get American Dollars changed into Irish money. I do not want to send currency and a check on an American Bank is unacceptable. Help! Marion.

    3. IIRC, Dublin accept Visa/Mastercard for payments (GRONI certainly do). Alternatively, check out http://www.foreignmoney.com/ They charge $5 for an international cheque, err, sorry, check.
