The big problem I've found with Dublin is the time it all takes. They may charge more but at least with Ulster Certificates from GRONI they usually come through in a matter of weeks rather than months. Just recently I've had responses within 7 days. And they can be ordered online with VISA or MasterCard's. Go to http://www.groni.gov.uk/ and follow the links. Of course if you don't have accurate dates and addresses to identify the targets they still have to refer to Dublin - and that takes......................months! Chris Morgan Sheffield
